While my hope is always to work with clients who are ready, invested, and committed to this process, I also understand that life happens. Please take a moment to read the return policy below so you know how I’ll support you if you find yourself in one of those “life happens” moments.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Authentic Web Copy Upgrade

Because the Authentic Web Copy Upgrade is a custom, done-for-you service, all purchases are subject to the following return and cancellation terms.

Non-Refundable Deposit

All purchases include a $200 non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your place in my schedule and covers preparation, review, and pre-work associated with your project.

Cancellation Before the Interview

If you cancel your service at least 3 business days before your scheduled interview, you are eligible for a partial refund of $1,600.
The $200 deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellation After the Interview (Work Started)

If the interview has been conducted and work has begun, but no copy draft has yet been delivered, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance paid (the $200 deposit remains non-refundable).

After Copy Draft Delivery

Once your copy draft has been delivered, no refunds are available. At this stage, the service has been substantially completed and time, strategy, and creative work have already been provided.

General Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

  • This policy applies only to the Authentic Web Copy Upgrade and does not apply to any other offerings.
